Dogra Certificate
Kashmir normally has four seasons but for the last so many years the "Hartal and curfew season" has become our yet another season. In winter Kashmir that is reeling under cold wave, the summer months reel under Hartals followed by curfews. The "Dogra certificate" issue needs to be carefully looked into and addressed accordingly to the satisfaction of all the parties concerned with the integrity of the state in view. We cannot allow the state to be divided into three parts on the communal lines but it is important under the present circumstances that the state remains intact. The hartals and curfews in summer months break the back of our economy and also it very severely affects the education of the children. The people at the helm must take note of this strange phenomenon and must go deep and see if there is any conspiracy to shatter the economy of this state. Every time a trap is laid and we get emotionally blackmailed and the summer months are lost in Hartals. There is a definite pattern that is followed and the worst losers are the people of this state particularly the people of the valley.
