Dogra Certificate a conspiracy: Salahuddin

Srinagar, Apr 23: The chairman of United Jihad Council and supreme commander Hizb-ul-Mujahideen, Syed Salah-ud-Din, on Saturday termed the issuance of Dogra Certificate as a deep rooted conspiracy to divide Kashmir on the lingual and geographical grounds.
“New Delhi and its agencies are directly involved in issuing Dogra Certificates. I caution Kashmiris against imperialistic gimmicks and Chanakayan weapons. I urge the people to raise their voice against it,’ Hizb’s Muzaffarabad based chief spokesman Ehsan Elahi quoted Salahuddin as having said in a statement.
Terming the New Delhi interlocutors’ roundtable conference a futile exercise to gain time, the UJC chairman said these “absurd acts and meaningless attempts” could neither help resolve Kashmir issue not could these provide any relief to the people. “By such futile exercises New Delhi only wants to give an impression to the world that the work is going on to resolve Kashmir issue and that it is in contact with the people through its interlocutors,” he said,
Meanwhile, Salahuddin paid glowing tributes to the Hizb district commander Tanveer Ahmad Zargar and battalion commander Imtiyaz Ahmad Khan of Baramulla, on their third death anniversary. The duo had died in an encounter with the forces on this day in 2008.
