Malik visits Rafiabad
‘Lone’s killing has hurt us’
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, Apr 26: Condemning the killing of Hafiz Muhammad Ashraf Lone, the chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Muhammad Yasin Malik, on Tuesday said, “This inhuman act has grievously hurt our hearts and minds.”
“Our land has once again been coloured with the blood on an innocent Kashmiri,” Malik said while addressing a condolence meeting at the residence of Hafiz Muhammad Ashraf Lone at Achabal, Rafiabad, in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Malik demanded an impartial probe into Lone’s and unmasking of the people involved in the heinous act.
Malik said Lone had left behind a pregnant wife and two small children, with no one to support the family. “It is the moral and religious responsibility of everyone to come forward and help the family,” he added.
Malik was accompanied by Noor Muhammad Kalwal, Muhamamd Zaman Mir, Muhamamd Sidiq Shah, Muhammad Yaqoob Rubani, Imtiyaz Ahmad Bita and Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri.
Pertinently, Lone---a Imam and a teacher--- was shot dead by unidentified gunmen at Kreeri in north Kashmir on Sunday night.
