Govt for introducing latest construction technology

Jammu, Apr 26: Minister of State for Roads and Buildings   Javid Ahmad Dar today said that the state government was keen to introduce latest construction technology to facilitate effective and efficient implementation of developmental projects in the state. The Minister was addressing engineers and representatives of heavy machinery manufacturing companies after inaugurating a seminar cum workshop on use of latest technology in construction, including building material and machinery, an official statement said. Various companies have displayed the state-of-art machineries and materials developed by them for building and road construction at the workshop. The Minister impressed upon the engineers to use latest and cost effective material and techniques in public works to develop durable social infrastructure.
