IUST holds guest lecture
Awantipora: The Islamic University of Science and Technology’s department of Islamic Studies organized a guest a lecture on different dimensions of Islamic studies and contemporary Islam. According to a communiqué, the lecture was given by Dr. Idrisa Pandit who spoke on Interfaith Dialogue in the post 9/11 World: A North American Muslim Perspective. Dr. Pandit is faculty at Centre for Studies in Islam at the University of Waterloo, a premiere Canadian University.
