Guv greets people on Navratras, Navreh
Jammu, Apr 3: The Governor, N N Vohra, has greeted the people on the occasion of Navratras and Navreh. In his message, Vohra observed that the Navratras had a special ignificance for devotees, who visit Mata Vaishno Devi during the period. He extended greetings to Pandits, who celebrate the day as Navreh, the beginning of the New Year and the onset of spring.
