Biscoe, Mallinson Schools hold investiture ceremony

Srinagar, Apr 7: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon today said that education is government’s top priority and said education is the only medium which could provide better moral, mental and physical education to the youth.
 He said our youth have talent to a great extent and are able to compete on any level. However this talent need proper channelizing and utilisation. He was addressing on the occasion of annual Investiture Ceremony of Tyndale Biscoe and Mallinson School here today.
 Divisional Commissioner encouraged the students to go for competitive exams like KAS and IAS and congratulated the students for becoming leaders of school and standing out as rest students. He said helping a needy and deserving is a great worship adding that students should make it a mission and shall have vision for encouraging others.
 Divisional Commissioner administered the oath to the school captains and helper. He also pinned the badges on captains and helpers.
