Petrol filling station, 4 brick kilns closed

Budgam: As a part of its drive against unlawfully established units, the district administration Budgam on Thursday closed down a petrol/diesel filing station at Sanpah, Beeru, and four brick kilns in Tehsil Budgam. The administration, sources said, had already issued closure orders in respect of other unlawfully established brick kilns and stone crushers. Of the 204 brick kilns across the district, 44 have been identified by the administration for closure for violation of relevant laws and rules.
