RTO Kashmir invites bid for vanity numbers
Srinagar: The Regional Transport Office Kashmir has put on hold the vanity numbers for 15-days for the new series JK-01Q. “The new registration series and all the vanity numbers will be put on hold for 15-days in order to invite bids from the vanity number lovers,” an official of the RTO told Greater Kashmir. Pertinently, a similar bid by the RTO Kashmir had attracted many people with a Non-Resident Kashmiri paying Rs 1.60 lakh for the vanity number JK01P-0001. Besides the vanity number 007, 0011, 777 had attracted huge bids, the official added.
