Durbar to open in Srinagar on May 9

Jammu, Apr 8: The State Government on Friday said all the move offices observing five days week would close at Jammu on April 29 and reopen at Srinagar on May 9 as part of Durbar move.
 However, the move offices observing six days week will close on April 30. 
 It has been ordered that the offices moving in camp would carry only 33 percent of the strength of staff in that particular office or with 10 officials whichever is minimum.
 All Departments have been asked to send their advance parties on April 25 consisting of a gazetted officer and four to five non-gazetted employees who would receive the records at Srinagar.
 State Road Transport Corporation has been asked to make available sufficient number of buses for transportation of Kashmir based employees on April 30 and May 1 and Jammu based employees on May 7 and 8.
 Tickets would be issued by SRTC in advance from April 20 both from Civil Secretariat as well as from the main booking counters. SRTC will also make available trucks for shifting the records from Jammu to Srinagar.
