Jammu: A day after his release from the Kot Bhalwal jail, a local court today sent High Court Bar Association president, Mian Abdul Qayoom to two days police remand.
Qayoom was produced before Sub Judge Jammu, M R Chak, by Janipur police station stating that the accused was involved in the FIR NO 5/2011 and needed to be interrogated for the investigation in the case.
The Court after considering the case, granted two days police remand of the accused, with further direction that he be produced again after expiry of the remand.
