Lt Gen Parnaik reviews Kashmir security
Srinagar, Aug 15: General Officer Commander-in-Chief (GOC-in-C) of Northern Command Lt Gen K T Parnaik Monday reviewed security situation in Kashmir Valley.
Army’s Srinagar based spokesman said that Army Commander, Northern Command arrived on a two day visit to Valley today and called upon Governor, N N Vohra here. “They discussed security related issues,” he added.
Earlier, Lt Gen Parnaik was received by Army's 15 Corps, Lt General Syed Atta Hasnain, at Badami Bagh Cantonment.
