Spoiling Boulevard

Recently I read in your newspaper about a proposal for four-laning of Boulevard Road. How can you even think of such an proposal? On one hand the Government has been crying foul about lost Dal lake and on the other side it wants to part of the de- glorification of the lake. Kindly put in your common sense approach to the development of kashmir.
