Highly condemnable

This refers to the news that a Personal Security Officer (PSO) of a senior minister was arrested by the police after he was found passing obscene remarks on a girl. The PSO was detained on after the cops found him passing obscene remarks on a girl at botanical garden Cheshmashahi here. The incident is highly condemnable and the PSO who has been identified must be severely punished. It is disgusting that officials are behaving like this.
