Ministers meet accident victims’ families
Poonch, Aug 21: Minister for Transport and CAPD, Qamar Ali Akhoon and Minister of State for Home, Nasir Aslam Wani today visited Surankote Tehsil of Poonch district to express condolence with bereaved families whose near and dears died in the yesterday’s road accident.
The ill fated canter mini bus with 39 passengers on board against the capacity of 27 seats, met with accident near Surankote, in which 19 persons died and 20 others were injured. The injured were airlifted to Jammu for specialized treatment.
