SHRC revelation tip of iceberg: Hashim

Srinagar, Aug 22: Hailing the State Human Rights Commission’s report on the presence of unmarked graves in north Kashmir, the Jammu Kashmir Democratic Liberation Party Chairman on Monday termed it as a tip of iceberg.
“Whole Jammu Kashmir has been converted into a graveyard and SHRC’s report is only a small example. Nearly 1.25 Crore people have been held hostage at gun point by the armed forces,” said Hashim in a statement today, adding that “We must hail the report because it is for first time in 20 years that the any government commission has admitted the presence 2000 bodies in unmarked graves in north Kashmir.” He demanded that a thorough probe into these graves and condign punishment to killers
