Magray chairs SLC

Srinagar, Aug 23: Subordinate Legislation Committee (SLC) of Legislative Council on Tuesday asked the concerned officers of Council Secretariat to seek official record from Law department about up-to-date laws, Act and rules.
 It also directed them to obtain information about recruitment rules and trade related laws and act from Tourism department so that these could be examined.
 The Committee headed by Bashir Ahmad Magray and Members Sheikh Ghulam Rasool, Nizamu-u-Din Khatana and Dr. Bashir Ahmad Shah (Veeri) met here and discussed threadbare on Water Resources  Management Act and Tourism Trade.
 Officers of Council Secretariat also attended the meeting.
