6 sessions judges transferred

Jammu, Aug 25: State High Court today ordered transfer and posting six more sessions Judges.As per the order issued by the Registrar General of Jammu and Kashmir High Court JR Kotwal, Aijaz Ahmed Mir Principal District and Sessions Judge Leh has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer MACT Srinagar on deputation,
Muhammad Yousuf Akhoon Presiding Officer MACT Srinagar, on his repatriation, has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anticorruption Srinagar in place of Rashid Ali Dar who has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Shopian.
Muhammad Yousuf Wani Additional District Judge Srinagar has been transferred and posted Principal District and Sessions Judge Pulwama.
Muzaffar Iqbal Qureshi Principal District and Sessions Judge Pulwama has been transferred and posted Member J&K Special Tribunal Srinagar against available Vacancy on deputation.
Shakti Kumar Gupta, Additional District Judge Baramulla, has been transferred and posted President Divisional Consumer Forum Srinagar on deputation.
Meanwhile Durga Dass Bench Secretary of the State high Court has been promoted as Joint Registrar against available vacancy after the retirement of Ghulam Ahmed Mir Joint Registrar.
