Journalists beaten

 This refers to the news “Beaten journalists recall ordeal.” It looks like that state has forgotten the constitutional obligations and is not respecting the civil rights of 
people. What has happened to freedom of expression? Why journalists were beaten and later detained. There is no law available in our land where it is written that journalists 
should be subjected to torture. If the constitution has guaranteed freedom of expression, then what kind of a situation is this?
