Just unpardonable

This refers to the Chief Minister’s statement that Sopore killing is an "inexcusable gross human rights violation.” There is no denying the fact that such incidents are gruesome and deserve to be condemned by one and all. Omar Abdullah has promised swift and exemplary action in the case. But one can only wait and watch till this punishment is awarded to the guilty cops. The CM has rightly underscored that the death of Anjum (Nazim) Rashid in police custody is a gross human rights violation and things like this cannot be allowed to happen. It is high time for the Government to make an example of those involved in the death of the youth so that incidents like these do not occur again. Let there be no delay. Let swift and exemplary action be a reality.
