Man killed in road mishap
Srinagar: A driver of a load carrier was killed in a road mishap at Hadora Zakoora.
According to police spokesman, a load carrier bearing registration number (JK01H-1559) skidded off the road at Hadora resulting in critical injuries to driver Abdul Rahim Bhat son of Ghulam Rasool of Buserbugh Zarpora.
The grievously wounded Abdul Rahim Bhat was shifted to Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura where he succumbed to his injuries, the spokesman said adding a case had been registered in this regard.
HOUSE DAMAGED IN FIRE
Fire broke out in the residential house of Muhammad Rafiq Khan son of Abdul Ahad of Gopalpora Khurad Mattan Islamabad (Anantnag) damaging the structure partially, the police spokesman said adding no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.
