Ahmad Club, KCC win matches
4th Shaheed-e-Millat T-20 Cricket Tourney
Srinagar, Aug 6: In the ongoing 4th Shaheed-e-Millat T-20 Cricket Tournament two matches were played at Islamia College ground here on Saturday.
In the first match, Ahmad Cricket Cub defeated Blosooma Cricket Club by 60 runs. Batting first, Ahmad Club scored 138 runs for the loss of all wickets. Ravees with 38 and Waseem with 20 were highest scorers for them while Syed took three and Suhail took four wickets for Blosooma.
In reply Blosooma were bundled out for 60 runs only. Syed with 18 was highest scorer for them while Parvaiz took four wickets for Ahmad Club. Parvaiz was adjudged as man of the match.
In the second match, KCC defeated Mehjoor Club by three wickets. Batting first, Mehjoor Club were bundled out for 139 runs in allotted overs. Goldy with 29 was highest scorer for them while Junaid took three and Owais took two wickets for KCC.
In reply KCC achieved required target for the loss of seven wickets. Bilal with unbeaten 40 and Owais with 24 were highest scorers for them while Nazir took two and Yousuf took one wicket for Mehjoor Club. Bilal was adjudged as man of the match.
