Poonch, Aug 7: At least ten persons sustained injuries in a violent clash, which broke out between two families over a land dispute, in Mendhar tehsil of Poonch district, official sources said on Sunday.
The clash broke out when one of the villagers Muhammad Sadiq was grazing his cattle on a disputed piece of land at Galota village in Harni area. His relative Muhammad Aziz objected to it and claimed that the land being disputed cannot be used.

He said that the injured were admitted in the hospital, while four seriously wounded were referred to the district hospital Rajouri.
Seriously wounded persons were identified as Muhammad Sadaq son of Baro Khan, Javed Ahmed, Sarfaraz Khan and Zamood Khan, all the residents of Galota village of Harni in Mendhar.
