Khanyar CC beat Peer Boys

Srinagar, Aug 7: In the ongoing 4th Shaheed-e-Millat cricket tournament Khanyar Cricket Club defeated Peer Boys by 62 runs at Islamia College ground here on Sunday.
Batting first Khanyar CC scored 175 runs for the loss of nine wickets in allotted 20 years. Arshad with 75 was highest scorer for them while Shakeel scored 25. Showkat took three wickets while Aqib took two for Peer Boys.
In reply Peer Boys were bundled out for 113 runs only. Ubaid with 23 was highest scorer for them while Sajad and Majid took two wickets each for Khanyar Club.Arshad was adjudged as man of the match.
