Bota Kadal complains of drainage mess
Srinagar, Dec 16: The residents of Dhobi Mohalla, Bota Kadal in Shahr-eKhaas have complained of drainage failure in the area.
In an emailed statement, the locals said: “We are facing extreme difficulties for the last few months because of an overflowing drain resulting in inundation of roads.”
They said the same had damaged the roads as well.
“It has become extremely difficult to come out of our homes,” they added.
The residents said despite repeated reminders the concerned authorities had failed to come to their rescue.
They appealed the concerned including the local MLA to look into the matter.
