Srinagar, Dec 18: Jammu and Kashmir Plus 2 Lecturers Forum, district Srinagar president Muhammad Altaf has hailed the cabinet decision on regularization of incharge lecturers and headmasters describing it a great victory of the teaching community. Altaf thanked Minister of Education Peerzada Muhammad Sayed, secretary education Naseema Lanker and Director School education shagufta Parveen for the positive role in making the regularization possible.
