Spreading fear

This refers to the news story published some days back in Greater Kashmir regarding the devastating earthquake which according to the scientist will hit kashmir. People are really terrified by this news. As you know people are still mourning the death and devastation of previous earthquake, but this news story has added to the fears. I am very disturbed by this news. Experts must offer some more explanation, so that the scare is not spread.
