JK offers unique tourist attraction places: Jora

New Delhi, Dec 2: Minister for Tourism and Culture   Nawang Rigzin Jora, has said that Jammu and Kashmir is distinctive in tourism attraction due to its varied landscape and eco zones presenting a variety of choices and likings for both domestic and foreign visitors.
 Addressing annual conference of World Travel and Tourism Council of India Initiative (WTTCII) here on Friday,   Jora said that J&K is the round the year tourist destination where tourists can enjoy natures beauty and adventure attractions in all the seasons, an official statement said.
  Union Minister for Tourism   Sabodh Kant Sahai was the chief guest on the occasion.
 The conference, besides the representatives of WTTCII was also attended by several Members of Parliament including   Sita Ram Yechury, who is chairman of parliamentary standing committee on tourism.
 The Minister said that state witnessed a large number of tourist arrival this year which also speak volume about prevailing harmony and peace in the state.  “The people from all over the country now choose Kashmir, Ladakh and Jammu as the premier tourist destinations”, he maintained.
