Summer shadow

It seems that the summer is  never going to be over in Kashmir at least for Jammu and Kashmir Tourist Development Corporation. The memories of a peaceful summer seem to last for ever for the people in our tourism department. The government at the helm of which is a dynamic tech-savvy twitter loving leader, does't bother to update the website of what is considered to be the future of Kashmir economy. When the valley is reeling under a wave of freezing temperature, the website shows the day temperature of Kashmir as 34 degree  and 21 degree for night. This is the irony with common Kashmiris and we are used to live with it, by the way who is going to take responsibility for this, can the minister for tourism make a statement in this regard, the way vociferous statements were made about the numbers. The way our power woes are worsening it seems we are heading backwards in  time. By the way I just want to know did NHPC deposit the water charges in our treasury or not. Doesn't matter, by the time winter approaches, they will definitely and probably the state will buy some more power from the northern grid, till then enjoy the summer and summers are very pleasant in Kashmir.
