Neva Garments awarded ‘best medium enterprise’

Srinagar, Dec 4: Neva Garments Ltd has been awarded ‘best medium enterprise’ in textile at Business Gaurav SME Awards 2011 in Mumbai, the company in a statement said.
It said Neva Garments was pioneer in India to introduce warm cotton thermals replacing the woollen ones with CPS technology, an innovation in itself which has been achieved after intense and thorough R & D in-house.
The awards felicitated 34 of India’s leading Small and Medium Enterprises of India for their significant achievement and contribution over the years.
Speaking at the awards ceremony, Vishal Jain, Executive Director & CEO of Neva Garments Ltd said, “Right from the beginning, Neva has had a policy to provide innovative products to our consumers.”
He said Neva now plans to foray into different cities. “After initial response from factory outlets in Ludhiana now Neva is venturing into other cities of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, J&K, Rajasthan, Uttaranchal & UP,” he said.
