Deadly transformer risks Kagazgari Mohalla

Residents of Kagazghari Mohalla, Nowshera complain that the transformer located adjacent to a residential house there, where three lanes meet has become a risk prone spot because the cables coming out of the high tension device are naked. Sparks keep coming out of these burning cables. These naked wires are vulnerable to trigger a massive tragedy anytime.
What if these naked transmission lines are touched by the children playing on the road? There’s every possibility of a major disaster, given the fact that by people walk too close to the un-insulated cables. Moreover high tension transmission lines are too close to the windows of the first floor of the houses in the lane.
Even though on the directions of the local MLA the concerned Executive Engineer visited the site, three weeks on, there has been no breakthough to prevent what is feared.
