Jammu, Dec 5: On the orders of Chief Justice J&K High Court transfers and promotions of ministerial staff in subordinate judiciary Kashmir wing was done on Monday.
 According to the orders issued by Abdul Wahid Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice two head assistants have been promoted to the post of section officers, five senior assistants promoted as head assistants and nine junior assistants to the post of senior assistants. Besides posting and transfers of 43 ministerial staff was also ordered.
 Mukhtar Ahmad Wafai and Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, head assistants have been promoted as section officers in the grade of Rs 7450-11500 (pre-revised), Muneer Ahmad Qadri, Mohammad Yusuf Parray, Rajinder Nath Koul, Hafizullah Mir and Mohammad Shafi Wani, senior assistants promoted as head assistants in the grade of Rs 5000-8000 (pre-revised), Tariq Ahmad Gatoo, S Krishenjeet Singh, Hilal Ahmad Wani, Fayaz Ahmad Sheikh, Manzoor Ahmad Najar, Zahoor Ahmad Wani, Shafat Hussain Buchh, Manzoor Ahmad Najar and Hamid-ullah Wani, hunior assistants promoted as senior assistants in the grade of Rs 4000-6000 (pre-revised).
 Mukhtar Ahmad Wafai, head assistant/nazir, CJM Court, Ganderbal upon his promotion as section officer has been transferred and posted as in the court of Principle Sessions Judge, Kargil against an available vacancy.
 Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, head assistant/nazir, Principle Sessions Judge Court, Pulwama has been posted as section officer, in the same court. Mohammad Sharief Beigh, section officer, Principle Sessions Judge Court, Pulwama has been transferred and posted as in the Court of Principle Sessions Judge, Budgam against an available vacancy. Muneer Ahmad Qadri, civil clerk/senior assistant 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge Court, Srinagar upon his promotion has been transferred and posted as head assistant, Principle Sessions Judge Court, Kargil against an available vacancy.
 Mohammad Yusuf Parray, reader, CJM Court Handwara upon his promotion has been transferred and posted as head record keeper/head assistant, Principle Sessions Judge Court, Kargil. Mushtaq Ahmad Shah, head record keeper/head assistant, Principle Sessions Judge Court, Kargil has been transferred and posted as nazir/head assistant, CJM Court, Ganderbal against an available vacancy.
 Hafizullah Mir, nazir/reader, Additional District and Sessions Court, Anantnag upon his promotion has been transferred and posted as head assistant/head record keeper in Principle Sessions Judge Court, Anantnag against an available vacancy. Bashir Ahmad Wagay, head record keeper/head assistant, Principle Sessions Judge Court, Anantnag has been transferred and posted as nazir/head assistant, Principle Sessions Judge, Pulwama against an available vacancy. Ilyas Ahmad Pandit, nazir/head assistant, Munsiff Court, Tral has been transferred and posted as nazir/head assistant, Principle Sessions Judge Court, Srinagar.
 Mohammad Shafi Wani, reader/senior assistant, Sub-Judge Court, Bijbehara upon his promotion has been transferred and posted as nazir/head assistant, Munsiff Court, Tral. Anayatullah Wani, nazir/head assistant, Principle Sessions Judge Court, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as head assistant/nazir, CJM Court, Sopore. Abdul Hamid Gujree, head assistant/nazir, CJM Court, Sopore has been transferred and posted in Munsiff Court, Pampore against an available vacancy. Rajinder Nath Koul, senior assistant presently attached with High Court wing, Jammu upon his promotion has been posted as head assistant and will remain attached with High Court wing, Jammu.
