Wooing tourists

This refers to  Farooq Abdullah's suggestion to woo tourists. He urges state to have cinemas here, where will the tourists go at night. Firstly cinemas don't run the entire night. The tourist rush is observed during winters from all over the country and even outside the country. Does Mr Farooq Abdullah expect them to stay in the theater when the temperature is minus 4. Regarding the alcohol, if one really needs it, he can go to the places where it's regularly served. Moreover Farooq must not drag religion into his statements.
