New advisory
This refers to Central Government’s advisory to all states in India that they must not harass Kashmiris in the name of security concerns. How effective the advisory will be on ground remains to be seen. It would be a big step if the states really take the advisory seriously and ensure that Kashmiris are protected in any part of India rather than harassed. We have many times seen Kashmiris often looked at suspiciously as and when any attack takes place. That should not be the case. Recently many incidents and events have proved that RSS was involved in terror attacks in India. Even the Congress leader Digvijay Singh and Congress minister, Ghulam Nabi Azad have endorsed the view. So the finger should not be pointed at Kashmiris. Kashmiris are peace loving people who are either studying or doing their business in different Indian states. They must be allowed to do their job peacefully.
