CB takes custody of Bhutanese boy
Srinagar, Feb 10: Crime Branch has taken the custody of a Bhutani boy, Sonum after his parents complained in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of India that their son had been allegedly kidnapped and sold to Iqbal Zahgeer of Srinagar.According to an official communiqué, the Interpol in consequence to the representation made by the parents flashed a flag notice to Crime Branch regarding the recovery of the kidnapped boy. “The sleuths of CB recovered the boy from Gosiya Colony Khanyar here wherein a family had hired the boy from and agent Konul Bashikarma of West Bengal. The boy will be handed over to his parents through diplomatic channels,” it said.
