Sex scandal hearing deferred
Chandigarh, Feb 15: A special CBI court today deferred the hearing in the infamous 2006 Jammu and Kashmir sex scandal case till tomorrow after two of the accused, including kingpin Sabeena, failed to turn up.
The two of the accused could not reach the court here from Srinagar by flight, a CBI counsel told reporters. He said the court has fixed February 16 as the next date of hearing.
