HC directs for recasting of select list

Selection of Readers

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir High Court Tuesday directed for recasting of selection list of Readers.
 The order was passed by Justice Sunil Hali of, Jammu Wing in a petition challenging the selection of 12 Readers of High Court.
 The court directed that the selection list be recanted and two candidates selected in RBA category be shifted to open merit category and consequently two posts under RBA category are required to be filled from the candidates next in merit in RBA category. “This is required to re-consider by the selection committee by re-casting the select list”, the court directed.
