JK Bank opens Business Unit in Leh

Srinagar, Feb 19: J&K Bank opened a Business Unit at Nimoo, Leh, Ladakh on Feb 17.
Sonam Dorjay, Executive Councillor (Agriculture) LAHDC Leh inaugurated the Business Unit amid a small gathering of valuable customers and local residents.
Speaking on the occasion, Dorjay thanked the management of the bank for “fulfilling the long cherished demand of locals by opening a Business Unit in the rural part of Ladakh.”
He expressed hope that the Business Unit shall act as active agent of change that would empower the people of Nimoo economically.
Incharge Business Head, Ladakh Zone, Chetan Paljore, gave a detailed description of the various products of the bank tailored according to specific needs of people of different regions.
This is the 19th Business Unit in Ladakh Zone and 13th in District Leh.
