'Youngman' to head PDP's youth wing

Srinagar, Feb 21: Peoples Democratic Party today gave its General Secretary, Muhammad Dilawar Mir an additional charge of the president of youth wing in place of Bashir Assad. In a statement, the PDP spokesman said the decision was taken by the party president for reorganization of the youth wing with immediate effect.
