Littered explosives

This refers to the news "Littered Explosives kill 20 in 2 years" (GK 18 Feb 2011). It is good to see such issues being covered. The figures are shocking but nobody is addressing the issue. The killer explosive stuff must be cleared from the suspected areas. It is causing an enormous damage to human life and property, as was in case of Maloora recently. The state government should constitute a special squad for the purpose to prevent the possible damage in future. In Kashmir valley there is hardly any spot left which is not affected by the turmoil related incidents and encounters. The state government in general and security forces in particular have a responsibility to ensure safety of civilians.
