Railway factory for JK: Mamata

New Delhi, Feb 25: Union Railway Minister, Mamata Banerjee Friday announced a railway bridge factory in Jammu and Kashmir.
Presenting the Railway budget in the Lok Sabha today, Mamata also announced a state-of-art Institute for Tunnel and Bridge Engineering at Jammu.
