Bar Council, KAS mains clash

Srinagar, Feb 27: The KAS prelims qualifiers who are scheduled to appear in the mains on March 6 have complained that the date clashes with the prestigious examination of Bar Council of India. The aspirants said even though they tried to convince the PSC officials to postpone the examination, keeping in view the clash, the Commission officials declined to provide any relief. “The PSC officials told us that the BCI should postpone its examination. How will it be possible for the national examination to get postponed for a state level test,” the aspirants said. They appealed to the Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister to prevail upon the PSC to get the examination postponed.
