Srinagar, Feb 5: The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 15 Corps Lieutenant General S A Hasnain described the incident as regrettable.
“It is a regrettable incident due to mistaken identity. Army followed rules of engagement,” General Hasnain told Greater Kashmir.
