Sheer negligence

This refers to the death of an infant at GB Panth Hospital allegedly due to doctors’ negligence. Such instances surface every now and then. One really wonders why the Jammu and Kashmir government is not doing anything about it. It is high time to have a legislation which would make the doctors accountable.
