2-day KU awareness camp concludes

Srinagar, Jan 1: A two-day “Technopreneurship Promotion Programme” (Tepp) and Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp (EAC) at Polytechnic College Gogji Bagh, here concluded today.
 The camp was jointly organized by University Science Instrumentation Centre (USIC) Kashmir University  and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC). The participants at the workshop were informed that a prospective innovator can be financed under the TePP from Rs 75,000 to Rs 45 lakh per invention. “The amount of finance is pure aid and depends upon the commercial viability of the innovative gadget.”
 “Students and research scholars can opt for the financial assistance under TePP to develop working prototypes of their innovative ideas or academic projects conducted by them in their respective degree and diploma courses.”
