Aircel presents 100 SIMs to Div Com

Srinagar, Jan 19: Responding to Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon’s appeal to mobile companies operating in Kashmir to provide communication support to the administration in the wake of snowfall, the Aircel today presented 100 prepaid SIM cards to DivCom.
Zonal Head of Aircel, Akhtar Jeelani and Marketing Head Ajay Khajuria of Aircel presented the cards at a simple function held here today in the Div Com Office in presence of Chief Engineer Mechanical Engineering Kashmir Muhammad Rafiq Wani, Head Disaster Management Kashmir Aamir Ali and I/c Snow Control Room Muhammad Latief Paswal.
These SIM cards have been presented by AIRCEL as a part of their Corporate Social Responsibility and will be distributed amongst the operators of Snow clearance machines, so that they remain constantly in touch with their Snow Control room and can perform their duties in a better and more efficient manner, the company in a statement said.
