For the past few months the internet users who are accessing net through BSNL WLL are facing multiple problems. In spite of paying the bill amount in time the service provided is not satisfactory. The internet hardly functions smoothly for more than an hour at a stretch. One has to wait for hours to open a single webpage. The BSNL authorities should look into the WLL internet service so that hundreds of customers are not troubled. Sometimes the 'connection with server' fails for about a week. The quality of service is poor which needs to be improved. The BSNL authorities cannot take the subscribers for granted.
