On prowl

This time around wild animals are on prowl in Kashmir valley especially in North Kashmir areas. It is going unnoticed by the authorities as Darbar is on the other side. It is quite tragic to learn about the death of people, especially innocent children, every passing day. It is inevitable that people have to venture outside. So the Wildlife Department must look into the issue for which its officials are paid.
