Danamazar subscribers complain of poor BSNL connectivity
SYED IMRAN ALI HAMDANI
Srinagar, Jan 6: The BSNL subscribers of Danamazar Safakadal in Shahr-e-Khaas have complained that the WLL and cell phone network in the area was affected for the past around a month.
The residents said: “Whenever power goes off in the area, WLL and cell phone network gets affected as they don’t find any connectivity.”
“This has put us to inconvenience,” they said.
The residents said the problem was with the mobile tower in the area.
“The genset isn’t used properly to keep it operational during power cuts. Perhaps there’s some problem with the device,” they said.
The complainants said they would surrender their connections should the BSNL fail to improve the network.
A senior BSNL official said the matter would be looked into.
