Road Safety Week concludes

Srinagar, Jan 7: The Road Safety Week celebrations concluded in the City while Divisional Commissioner Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
 The function started with band march past of police contingents/traffic police personnel along with police band from Traffic Lines City Srinagar which passed through Regal Chowk and was followed by Motorcyclists playing different tunes and displaying placards and concluded at the hall, a official spokesman said.
 Those who attended the function included DIG Traffic, Vijay Kumar, SSP Srinagar, Ashiq Hussain Bukhari, SP Traffic City, SP Traffic Rural, Srinagar and GM Wadoo and DSP City Traffic Night Aman.
 Aman said the weeklong celebrations had considerably helped in the informing the people about road safety.
